Bolnore Heating Service’s Monthly Boiler Service Contract (the “Service”) provides annual boiler service, 20% off all boiler and central heating system repairs, 10% off all standard plumbing work , Priority response for breakdown calls and priority telephone support By subscribing to our Service, you agree to the following terms:

Subscription Terms

  • Subscription Fees: The Service operates on a 12-month commitment basis. You agree to pay a monthly subscription fee of £11.99, payable in advance on a recurring basis.
  • Payment: Payments will be automatically charged to your designated payment method each month.

Service Terms

  • Service Provision: We will provide an annual boiler service described to ensure optimal performance of your boiler.
  • Service Discounts: You will receive a discounted rate of 20% off all boiler and central heating system repairs, and 10% off standard plumbing work during emergency callouts.
  • Emergency Services: In case of a boiler breakdown, our Gas Safe registered engineers will prioritise your repair.

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellation Process: You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details on any applicable fees.
  • Early Termination: If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, you will have access to the service until the end of the billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for early termination.

Cancellation and Renewal Policy


1. Initial Term Commitment

By subscribing to our monthly boiler service contract, you agree to an initial commitment period of 12 months. During this period, you are obligated to pay for the service for the full term.

2. Cancellation Process

After the initial 12-month commitment period, you may cancel your subscription by notifying us through bolnoreheatingservices@gmail.com. Cancellations must be received 30 days before the end of the commitment period to avoid automatic renewal.

3. Renewal Notification

We will notify you 30 days before the end of the initial 12-month term regarding the upcoming renewal. If you wish to cancel without renewing for another term, you must notify us before the renewal date.

4. Renewal Commitment

Upon the end of each 12-month term, your subscription will automatically renew for another 12-month term unless canceled as per the terms outlined in Section 3 (Renewal Notification).

5. Refunds

Upon cancellation, after the commitment period and renewed term, you will not be charged for future billing cycles, and any prepaid fees for unused service periods will be refunded within 30 days.

6. Early Termination

If you cancel your subscription after the initial 12-month commitment period but before the end of the renewed term, you will be charged for the remaining months of the commitment term. No prorated refunds will be issued for early termination during the renewed term.

7. Service Usage Requirement

To prevent misuse of the cancellation policy, customers must maintain active service for each 12-month commitment period before becoming eligible to cancel without incurring further charges.

8. Changes to Cancellation and Renewal Policy
