If your boiler requires repairs, our Gas Safe registered engineers will assess and repair it promptly. All repair costs under the contract are discounted by 20% for boiler and central heating system repairs, and 10% for standard plumbing work.
Who will be servicing my boiler?
Your boiler will be serviced by our team of experienced and qualified engineers. All our engineers are registered with Gas Safe, hold City & Guilds qualifications, and are NICEIC certified for electrical safety.
What boilers are covered in the service?
Our service covers a wide range of boiler types, including combi boilers, system boilers, and conventional boilers. If you have a specific type of boiler, please contact us to confirm coverage.
What happens if I move house during the contract?
If you move house during the contract, please notify us as soon as possible. We can transfer your service to your new property, subject to a survey and any additional costs or adjustments. Alternatively, you may be able to transfer the contract to the new homeowners.
How often should I have my boiler serviced?
Gas safe state that you should have your Gas boiler serviced annually to ensure it operates safely and efficiently. Our monthly service contract provides regular maintenance to keep your boiler in top condition year-round.
What if I need emergency services outside of regular maintenance visits?

He then spotted a potentially dangerous fault that was unrelated to the initial problem just through his diligence ensure that we were back up and running efficiently. Rather than shutting us down again and leaving us without heating he worked on to correct the fault and promised a follow up appointment at his earliest availability to provide a final rectification.
